Thank you for choosing our Lux Boat Tote! We take pride in offering high-quality, stylish bags that meet your needs. Please read our return policy carefully:

  • Shipping & Processing Times: Due to high demand, our shipping and processing times may be longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed and shipped. We will send tracking information once your order has been processed and is on its way. 

  • Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns on unused and unwashed items within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at LuxBoatTote@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we will process accordingly. Due to the unique quality of our distressed designs, fabric colors may vary.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, items that are worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your Lux Boat Tote for a different style or size, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
