Refund Policy
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund due to a legitimate issue or error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to review your request.
All of our items are made to order, crafted individually with care and attention to detail. Due to the high demand and the time-intensive nature of our production process, refunds can only be granted under specific circumstances.
Please note that natural variations in color, texture, or hardware finish are to be expected and celebrated as part of the handmade process. These are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for a refund. Similarly, requests for refunds based on changes of mind, preference, or subjective expectations cannot be accommodated once production has begun.
To initiate a return request, please contact us at LuxBoatTote@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we will process accordingly.

Non-Refundable Items: Items that are worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return. Custom Orders and Sale Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your Lux Boat Tote for a different style or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate an exchange, and we will guide you through the process if eligible.

Refunds
Once your return is delivered back to our studio, please allow 10–15 business days for the return to be received, inspected, and processed. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspection, repackaging, and restocking returned items. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with original tags attached. Due to the unique quality of our distressed designs, fabric colors may vary.
Custom and sale items are final sale and are non-refundable.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods, but we always work to complete returns as quickly as possible.
Production Time
Each Lux Boat Tote is made to order in small batches, allowing us to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our current production time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note that this timeline does not include shipping and may vary slightly based on order volume, custom requests, or material availability.
